This competition is open to everyone living with Parkinson's disease or caregivers of those living with Parkinson's disease.  It is also open to family members  that have lost a loved one due to Parkinson's disease. You can reside anywhere in the world.

If you are living with Parkinson's and have micrographia, we want you to do your best to write as much as you can to work towards combating your micrographia. However, if need be please do not hesitate to ask your caregiver to help you write. Remember tips we discuss in our Let's Combat Micrographia Workbook to help you write...take your time and write during your ON periods.

Maximum of 1500 words.

Must incorporate 25 or more words from the word list into your story. Each sentence may not contain more than two words that are on the word list. 

Must submit handwritten copy and typed copy of the story and incorporate the word list we provide. The typed copy shall be submitted as a word document. In your typed word document, please highlight or underline the words that have been incorporated from your word list.

The word list is the list of 50 words from which you must incorporate 25 or more words into your story. The typed copy shall be submitted as a word document. In your typed word document, please highlight or underline the words that have been incorporated from your word list.

Our goal is to deliver 221 FREE Let's Combat Micrographia Workbooks in 2021. This competition is going to be a means for us to raise funds in order to be able to help those living with Parkinson's combat their micrographia.  We need $3000 to be able to cover the cost of printing and shipping the books. Help us get there by donating $10 or more with your submission. Anyone can donate, you do not need to be submitting work in order to help our cause :)
